"I have to say my prior experiences with the Elliot Tracey agency did not go well. My on-boarding in 2025 had issues. I was shopping around as recent as last week. "Dan was great he explained what everything was in terms I understood. He was patient with me due to playing phone tag, (my hours start before yours and end after yours) working in childcare I can only talk when on my break. I was covering other people’s breaks so it was hard to reach me. He would always leave a message and I’d call him when I could. We finally were able to get my policy for my car and rental insurance right before my old insurance was about to expire, looking forward to working with him!"
